Spacer Rings
2014 Ultra limited rear speaker pods I read on the forum in order to install the Kappa speakers you need spacer rings I didn't book mark the rings or the company that makes them I know they cost around $85.00 any help is appreciated

I didn't need anything for my 2013.. but that doesn't help you.. 
The speakers are a tight fit but if you orient them correctly, drill some pilot holes, they will screw down flat to the pod. Hopefully someone else with a 2014 could confirm or deny if they still fit the 14's without a spacer.
