Is this what your thinking HD? You would need 4 total Y cables. 2 for each amp input
That's what I'm trying to figure out, I'm a little new to four channel amps.
I wasn't sure if you used one set of RCA's off the back of the head unit into the amp - if that would give a signal to all four channels of the amp? I'm guessing it would just give a signal to the front two channels but I've never tried.
So i'm going to need one y-type RCA coming from the front speaker output of the radio going to both sets of RCA inputs on the front amp, and one Y-type going from the rear out put of the radio to all four RCA inputs on the rear amp?
My Ultimate Amp (4180) with pods, HU and lowers arrived yesterday... looks intimidating as hell! And I agree with you about the pods looking huge! I can't wait to hear them!!
My bike is in the shop, so I have time to think about the install, lol.
I got started on the install last night. It got a little late but I installed the front speakers, pods, amp, and the front speaker wiring.
I will pull the tank today to run the wiring for the pods and the power wire from the amp to the battery.
I'm anxious to hear how this sounds.

That make's sense, thanks for the visual!
2 Y type plugs per amp 4 total. front channel 1 for left(white) channel, 1 for right(red) channel. rear channel 1 for left(white) channel, 1 for right(red) channel.

Are there any passenger interference issues with the BT pods?
Thanks,
Rick
LMAO!! That's the same question my wife asked. I said honey those pods are going on even if you have to drop a pound or two. . . . I'm now living in the garage with the dog.

AS well you should be.
NEVER tell a women to drop a few pounds your lucky we're not ready about your demise online on Yahoo news.
That's why my 7.1's are going in the upper fairing and my 62.11i are going in the stock rear pods with V-Twin audio adapter rings those BT pods from June's are just HUGE and the wife said that she wants room to move and does not want to be squished in.

I know right. I guess I got overly excited when I took those bad boys out of the box. The quality of the pod is so much better than the stock pod. I was just surprised at how huge they are. But I'm lovin every minute in the garage right now! Both my son's will be home from college this weekend and my daughter is bringing the grandbaby as well. The wife will forget all about me. . . lol
