radio help needed

radio help needed
My Roadglide lost a battery connection and I tightened the connections and radio has no sound. It has a amp but the fuse is hooked up and fuse is good. Did the self diagnosis and nothing out of normal, just open front speaker as is should when amp is installed.

I've seen so many of the stock HU's just stop working for no apparent reason it's very hard to diagnose. If you have checked all your wiring, fuses and connections. I'd almost be
willing to bet it's time to pull it out and send it to Iron Cross. I'd double check all my connections and unplug the radio from the harness and plug it back in. If it's still dead in the water call IC for suggestions. Very reliable Very reputable company with excellent customer service.

Yeah - I let my wife talk me into the Iphone 6+ My samsung android note 3 was nice. But I get better reception out in the country with the Iphone.
