I haven't had a chance to look at anything since my install last Saturday. I am so busy right now trying to finish projects around the house so that I can ride this summer.

The only thing I didn't like about the radio when I drove the bike Saturday night is the glare on the windshield (I have the factory shield on). I did reduce the brightness but still appears. I guess a cover will be coming soon to help this problem out.
Your welcome Sir! You want to get a V-twin rain cover for your radio. That will kill two birds with one stone. 1. reduce glare. 2. Protect your radio from getting wet. Yes, I can vouch for my friend HAZE. He's got the perfect amp for your situation at an excellent price if you want to keep your FM and have a system that will last as long as you own your bike. As I stated earlier you will have to also purchase some quality speakers and your golden. I'd give HAZE a shout if I were you. That amp of his won't last very long at the price he's selling it for. Perfect opportunity.

So it sounds like I could go with an amp for two front speakers and eliminate my rear speakers and have a better sounding system than what my hogtune 4 speaker system had.

I contacted Haze and we are in discussion.

I can't find thos Infinity speakers on the Biketronics website. When I do a google sreach they come up on other places.

LOL. . . Biketronics doesn't sell infinity's. They only sell their speakers. You can get the infinity's here:

You can also throw a set in the rear pods with a spacer. or go with the Kicker KSC67 in the rear pods. They drop right in.

you can pick them up at sonicelectronix.com, and possibly use their price match feature to get them cheaper. i recently bought a set of alpine type-r and they matched the price i found on another website that was $70 cheaper.

Good Job brother! Light years ahead of the hog tune stuff. Let us know how it shakes out.

Note: The Arc Moto 600.4 is much more powerful and user friendly for $150 more bucks.

Haze has a used arc 125.4 so that's why I mentioned this one.

I played around with the radio last night in the garage, didn't have a chance to test ride. Will report back Monday to see if there is any change. I don't think it will but always start off with the simple things first.

Again I would like to thank everyone for the help you guys provided. If I could buy everyone a beer it would be done.

One question about the infinity front speakers, will they drop right in? I am thinking about doing this in steps. Buying front speakers, then rear and finally the amp if I don't get Haze's used one. Money money money....gone gone gone lol

if they are 6.5" speakers you will need an adapter. if they are 5.25" they should drop right in.

thanks nineball.

I am assuming I will need to buy adapters for both the front and back since all the speakers I listed are bigger than 5.25?
