Damn so the SS is worth the extra 30 bucks. I can vouch for the PA 3000D, that thing has some power behind. As loud as anything that fits in a fairing.
Also would the pbr300x2 amp be good for those speakers or should I try to find the kappa 62.11? I'm hoping to get the amp and speakers from best buy so I can use my card lol I know I know, I'm just being plain cheap lol

The Kickers at best buy all day long. You won't find a useful amp for your motorcycle at Best Buy. Going to have to order the amp online.
Are the kickers in the link the correct ones? Also if the amp pushes 300 watts to each speaker, that'd be 150 to each one. The speakers say like 100 rms. wouldn't that damage the speakers or am I thinking about it way to much? Lol

Yes Sir! Way overthinking. Always better to have more power than not enough. You are assuming the amp is operating at 100 percent efficiency. When actually it's closer to 70-80 if you are lucky. Here's the deal.. The PBR is two and four ohm compatible. The 150 watts you speak of is @ 2 ohms. The amp will only generate 100 watts at 4 ohms. The kickers are 4 ohm speakers. With the kickers rated at 100 RMS as you can see by the math it's a perfect match. And yes the kickers in the link are the correct speakers.
You are making my audio life so much easier! I was into the amps and subs back in the day but I haven't installed anything stereo related since back in the 90's lol. Just by chance do you know if the Harley boom speaker grills will work with the kickers? Also besides the kickers, what other speaker would you recommend? Trying to stay close to $100 give or take a few.

Not sure on the boom grills. Have not done an install on a 14 yet. Hopefully someone with a 14 will chime in. My other speaker recommendations in that price range are always the infinity 62.11i Great speaker!
Thanks again so much for all your help and advice. Between the kappas and the kicker, which is a better speaker for a motorcycle? I keep reading and seeing everyone is using the kappas. I know kickers were the hot stuff back when I was messing with car audio.
