LOL. . . Two amps. Run 4 speakers in parallel. Run the lids by themselves with the second amp.

Hi Guys,

I am working on some different packages with the 4180 for the new RGs. It is no problem to use the 4180 instead of the 2180, just don't have it online yet.

We are also hoping to have 6X9 lids sometime next month. We are waiting on Hogtunes new lids, the ones they make for the older bikes are really nice and we are hoping to fit our 6x9 in the new ones that are coming out soon.

and the 5x7 BT479 Rear Kit $399.95

please give me your opinion if i should go with it or not
Did you wind up purchasing this setup? I'm thinking about it as well.

Wait so the 4180 that I had in my 2013 Street Glide will not work on my 15 RGS?

HI Guys,

some questions/answers -

1. Wait so the 4180 that I had in my 2013 Street Glide will not work on my 15 RGS?

It will work fine, just need a mount and a couple other parts (different enable wire, different preamp adapters) but the amp is the same.

2. Bill any updates on the 6x9 Hog Tune Lids?

We are unfortunately still waiting to get a set to figure out fitment, supposedly in the next week or so.

I'm interested in the speaker upgrade for the '15s. Wonder how much difference just the speakers would make.

You need an amp my man.

I was afraid of that...

Too many wants and not enough money like always, looks like sound system upgrade will have to wait a bit.
