Default In Helmet Bluetooth Audio

This may be a frequently discussed topic but it seems to always be changing so I thought I would start a new thread.

I am looking for the best in-helmet bluetooth audio system. These are the things that are most important to me when choosing the system.

First and foremost sound quality. The number one reason for having a bluetooth speakers inside my helmet would be for listening to music from my iPhone, everything else is secondary. Therefore sound quality is everything to me.

Second would be telephone communication. This really isn't a deal maker or breaker for me, but I guess it is worth mentioning. If the best one out there didn't even have a boom mic, or even a mic at all, I would still go with it but I guess it would be nice to talk on the phone as well.

Last would be bike to bike communication. This really isn't on my radar, and I have no nead for it now. If the one with the best audio has it fine. If not that would be fine also.

I guess it boils down to the fact that 99% of the reason I want this is for audio/music so that is the big deal for me.

Any input and/or experience on these types of products would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently running the Sena 20. It has performed excellent so far. The thing i like best is it has a port so i can run my skull candy ear buds for my speakers which up the quality to awesome.

Personal note, was riding last week and was enjoying the peace and quiet not realizing my phone was in BT mode. A call came in and it scared the crap out of me.

If you can afford it, this is my reccomendation. I was using an older Chatterbox (which is now for sale) and the difference is pretty significant.

i have the stock speakers and i think they sound good (not great, but good). I have been looking at the Sena s20, but i have yet to make the jump.

I am very happy with the uclear units. No boom mic, can be fitted for jaw bone or tucked up in the front helmet liner.

Yes it changes quite a bit still. Technology is like that..

Currently for me Sena.. (tad on the weak side for "Bike to bike" communications..)
have owned and used Cardo, AutoCom and Chatterbox systems.

Autocom #2 (The most robust but also $$$ and rather complicated to set up, good B2B communications)
Chatterbox #3 (cheapest and pretty robust, if cost is issue, the this is the guy)good B2B communications
Cardo: had problems with the thing from day one.. could have just been mine but I gave up.. They must work fairly well for most however or they would be gone..
