Default Amplifier

I am purchasing an HD amplifier ref part number 76000071 from an individual that is selling it. But when I look up the number to see the specs, I can not find it no where. According to the dealer ship, they can not find a listing of this number either. Can someone advise? I don't know if it is an older amp because amp number 76000070 exist.

Here's the part, listed on page 6, amplifier, fairing mounted. As Gannicus said, what are you trying to do?
