No power to radio on '03 Ultra

No power to radio on '03 Ultra
I very carefully removed my tour pack and zip tied the connectors, but now the radio does not turn on. Fuses are good; nothing was pulled or damaged. Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

Stock radio sounds HU I presume? You're gonna eventually have to replace it. But your issue sounds like a fuse. Did you check the radio fuse on the left side panel? (Left sitting on the bike)

Gannicus, yes I checked all fuses and here's the thing - The bike is essentially brand new. It's been in a climate controlled storage since '03. I bought it last week with less than 100 miles on it and the radio and CD worked fine while riding. Yesterday after removing the tour pack it stopped working. LCD screen is blank and it won't power up.
