I truly admit, I know nothing about an audio system except how to turn it on.
Sometimes even that problematic.
I had my current system installed by Peter at Soundz Customz and he did a great job.
I have focal 6.5 speakers in my fairing and in my lowers running off an arc amp that is I believe a 125.2, two channel amp.
As luck would have it, I was able to acquire stock speaker lids with grills, new in the box, color matched to my bike for less than $250. And yes, I also bought lottery tickets that day as well.
What are recommended options to hook them up?
I know I need speakers, either 5x7,6x8 or adapters and 6x9 unless I buy BT and either a 4 channel amp or a amp to run just the rear speakers.
What would you recommend?
Bike is a 2012 roadglide cvo skunk. Stock HD head unit. Not updated with dealer flash for rear speakers

Doesn't get much better than this kit for the CVO lids.

Which Focals are in the set up? If you aren't sure, do you know which of his Level kits you bought? He calls them Level I, Level II, etc?
Should I get the HK. hu. Flashed for rear speakers so when I add speaker lids I have a fader?
Will this make any difference?
After reading, multiple threads, I now realize how much of an audio amateur I am.
Thanks for the help
If you are only running the front channels you can use a rca "Y" to split the hu output signal and run a second set of rca cords to the 2nd amp or the other channels of the amp for the rear without using the rear hu channels if not active to save you some $$$
