Hello everyone, i have a 2009 streetglide and im looking to upgrade my audio system. Just want to replace fairing speakers and add an amp keeping stock radio. My price range is $300 what do you guys recommend? Im looking for something that will be loud but clear at the same time.
Cam there's no point spending that kinda money on quality speakers if your not going to add an amp. They won't sound much better than stock. If your considering an audio upgrade you have to include an amp. For 100-150.00 you can get one that would make some speakers scream.

I have a Cerwin Vega B2 amp and a set of Infinity Kappa 62.11i's for sale in the touring for sale forum.
All you'd need to complete the install would be a Biketronics Line Leveler (optional but worth the investment), some power and ground wiring, RCA cables (depending on your install) and a fuse block, some misc electrical connectors. I purchased wire and fuse block from a local dealer for a few bucks. I can give you a detailed list of the parts I used if you'd like.

You could try some Hawg wired, for just speakers and no amp. I don't no the model number off hand but they are only like 50rms I had them in my classic with stock head and no amp and it was a big improvement.

OP has a 2009, won't need the LL. This is a good deal. All he should need are speaker adapters and a wiring kit.

Hawg wired rx502-50 $129.00, probably cheaper on eBay.
