I work with a guy that paid part of his schooling by working for Big Brown as a package handler in one of the big transfer sites. He always says with a smile that the fragile stamps all over the packages meant nothing to them.

The inner box was dry and think it will be OK. I'm going to send BT some pics. I don't need it right away but now I'm going to have to install it just to make sure it's good.

I don't think I would have a claim unless it found to be damaged. So we will see.

I am starting to wonder if its the mail facility in Spokane. When I got my 2180 back form them last week there was a giant hole in the side of my box.

It could be, it left MOSCOW, ID 83843 to SPOKANE, WA 99224 then to Tampa FL. then to my post office. It looked like the package was left out in the rain or snow. Very sad.

Another positive testimonial for Biketronics. I got a email back from Bethany at BT. She was very sympathetic for the overworked postal employees and that a little water and roughhousing shouldn't bother it. But if I do experience problems let them know because the package was insured and they will hash it out the USPS for me. The customer service from the entire company is outstanding.
