Default Help, please...

I'm about to install a biketronics 2180.14 amp and speaker kit in my '15 RGS. I'm looking at the backside of the amp and there's the connection ports for the speaker wires marked LF and RF and two marked L and F with the notation "Parallel connection 4OHM speakers only"

I'm only using two speakers in the fairings.

I have a white wire and a white wire with black line.

I have a gray wire and a gray wire with black line.

Which ports do I use?

I'm going to assume that I can use the whites on one speaker and the grays on the other speaker. They each have different size female spades and will connect accordingly to the speakers.

As you can tell, I'm a total noob with this.

Please help...THANKS!

You want the LF and RF, the other 2 are for another set of speakers. White should be for the left and gray for right if I remember right.

The large male/female spades are on the striped wires. Does this wire go to the POS or the NEG port on the amp?

Post this tread in the Audion section if you need answers you will find them a lot faster than in the Rushmore section.

Yes, you want the LF and the RF and definitely check the audio section for the polarity. The color on the amp labeling for LF and RF matches the color of the wire (white and gray). If I remember correctly the solid wire is positive and the one with the stripe is negative, but don't quote me on that, check the audio section.
