Kenwood KDC BT558U
First off, I love this HU. My problem is when using the usb, it'll stop playing and say no device. I'm forced to use the BT, but the sound quality is much better with usb. Could it be a setting or is the HU starting to crumble. I've replaced the usb cord a couple of times and it still happens. It'll work sometimes for hours and then act up, strange it is. Thinking of replacing it with something new, I've seen some with the tray and was considering those, but not sure if the iPhone 6 will fit and I would really like to stay with Kenwood.

Pop the faceplate off, clean the connections with isopropyl alcohol and reattach and see what happens. Also clean the USB port with isopropyl. Use good q tips not dollar general type ones.
