I started this journey because of a poor display no usb or BT.Thanks to the help of this forum install was very easy. I don't remember who said it but someone mentioned removing the headlight bucket to see what is in the way. That really makes it quick and easy. System sounds great and gets plenty loud enough for 80+. I used ferrite core noise suppressors and I didnt loose FM. Along with LED headlights and passing lamps. Install time was roughly 5 hours with a adult beverage break or two.

Have you messed around with your HU settings? There's a lot of settings to mess with, with that radio.

 

no I have not. I got it in played with the amp gains a bit and went for a ride. I have not even opened the owners manual.
