The left saddlebag 6x9 is smoked, literally. First time I have ever had a speaker smoke. I'm hoping it might just be the tweeter, it pretty cracklely. But the connections were right before touching them.
Any way, some good did come from going outside, switching to 2ch, which I did before and didn't change anything, worked like a charm this time. The right side 6x9 is sounding like a champ.
Will I be doing any damage to the amp if I unplug the left side speaker wires and just run the right side?
Gotta figure out what I can do with the broken speaker.
