Default B2 or pbr300x2

Currently have the Pbr, but with all the headaches after only a couple outings, I'm thinking the b2 might work for me?
I have the gains at 7-8, which seems is too high from all the reading I've done here. Also just saw last night ( UltraNutz post ) that the pbr's may not work well with the rca's. I'm may try that, and may try running it without the LL. I suspected that the LL was a problem, now thinking otherwise? I did dial the gains down to 5.5 and the issue got worse! Issue is 1 speaker cutting out. I've swapped things out, reversed cables and checked and re checked all connections. Either 1 side or other cuts out and with gains at 5.5, it's barely audible going down the road. I should add that it always works fine on acc in garage. Out riding is when it acts up. And, not a heat issue ( has cut out as close as 50ft from driveway). I'm ready to throw in the towel and go with b2. Am I missing something?
Oh, forgot to mention. Someone added a pac ld-10 line driver to this set up as well. May look into that also?????

Kinda like increasing displacement and hp/tq, nice to have the extra power even if you don't use it all the time.
