Start by retarding your software to 1.19.0, then make sure ALL your speakers are in phase. There is a great app called "speaker pop" it fixed mine even though I thought I had everything wired correctly.

I would start with this and double check polarity. As Haze mentioned the small spade on the Arc 692 is negative. If the problem persists look at the troubleshooting tips above.

I second the polarity check but take it a step further and check with one of the available apps to do so. I say this in case your bo harness is cross wired.

The SG doesn't require the BO Harness. There are speaker connections under the fairing which the LL mate up to.
Betting 5 bucks that it is a polarity issue at the Moto speaker leads as they are unmarked and not consistently sized with various other speaks. Speak leads that I am using at least.
