Default speaker lids painted

Does anybody remember what it cost to have their speaker lids painted?
I've got hogtunes lids and my color is white hot pearl...I've gotten one quote so far and it's about $300 to paint...Just wondering is this sounds about right to y'all?

Thanks

Honestly that is close to ballpark. Now if you had more parts to add then the total cost would seem less. Figure time and materials and not really out of line unless you had a buddy to do on side.

I'm getting bags and fender from Brad at factory match.com. I sent my lids to him to have them painted all together and he charged $250. So $300 just lids seems legit.

You should be able to find someone cheaper, and you can usually negotiate a price. Ask some local bike dealers who they recommend.

Local stealer wanted to charge me 6 hours to paint my lids! Sent them to thefactorymatch.com/ should be done in a week or two - $250-$300 they said

I think a lot of times it boils down to location and type of paint as well. Pearl will be expensive no matter where you go. I guess I got lucky. I found a painter to paint my sons entire bike(FLSTC) with fairing and hard bags in Ford Tuxedo Black for $800. My point to this is to shop around. My first quote for this was over $2k, and that was from a guy I've known for years that's done stuff for me before.
