I have a 2012 FLHTCU that suddenly lost cd/radio sound on a ride to San Diego. I took off the batwing and found nothing out of the ordinary... checked all the fuses..... inspected the rear speakers for a good connection... The radio does throw a B2017 code. It is has factory Ptt, xm. The only thing out of the ordinary is a SDC plug and play headlight modulator... It is like there is a secret "mute" button!!! Any advice is appreciated!

If you have the stock radio I'd start there. Same thing happened to me years ago. The stock radio just quit playing. Lights on the whole nine. But no sound. It was a nightmare!! Lol

 

I just need to have the radio sent in for repair.... just no output is the only problem. This year doesnt allow for any updates i found out from the dealer.
