i have the big brother, the ms-8, in a couple cars and it is an amazing piece of technology. the little guy, ms-2, may prove to be useful for those who are not so technically inclined in the world of audio, and at $40 it's a cheap thing to get. it has received some good reviews from the car audio circles but most of the ones i traveled in spent thousands of dollars on systems so it was not widely used.
With a open air environment full of noise not sure it will do so well. You have no acoustical enclosure to reflect and image off of, so it will likely only sound good parked. I may be wrong though.
