Are the Gains and HPF adjustments set to default on the LL?
Gains should look like this.

Forgive me, but what do you mean by "interconnects"? Also, would it be better to tin the wires before inserting into the spring connectors ?

Slye's referring to RCA cables. I've used NVX, Stinger 4000 series and just picked up a couple pairs of the Krystal Kable 2 Channel 1/2M Twisted Pair RCA Cables. After removing the previous cable a bunch of time they didn't grip well.

I did tin the speaker 16ga wire going into the amp for the same reasons. Probably not as much surface contact thou. Using the wire from BT should be fine not tinned.

The speaker isn't blown. I swapped speaker wires at the amp and the problem moved to the other side. So, I then swapped the red and white side of the RCAs and the problem went back to the other side. I thought it may be the RCAs, so I swapped those with a set I had. The problem was still there. So, I went to the connection behind the line leveler. Moving the white connection around reproduces the problem. I moved the white connector to the other side, and had the same problem.. So, the problem is the line leveler white side.

Thank you for the explanation! I'm getting ready to do my Biketronics install, so I'll be getting some of the Krystal Cables

I have to tell you. Biketronics customer service is second to none. Mike is answering email on the weekend and said he is shipping a new one out first think tomorrow. What awesome service and I am really glad I went with their products.

Nice! I'm still researching what I want to do with mine. Really like the BT speaker brackets though. Off the wall question..... we're the OEM speaker pods on your '16 black? The ones on my Street Glide are black but all of the ones I've seen pictures of have been white. Doubt it matters; just curious.
