On a 16 Rg you will run into the problem of where to mount the horns....You will also he to modify your pods for ether the Sv 165 or the Dd 6.5. Just a heads up there. I have a 15 Rg and I use the Sv 165s(modified the pods) and instead of using the horns due to no real good place to put them in my opinion I went with the MLK 280 tweeters gut into my grills to get my highs. I chose to power it up with a Diamond HXM 800.4 but another good choice is the Arc moto 600.4. I will be happy to help you out with the setup your looking for. 2k for a budget is definitely going to plenty to get a system that can be heard at well over 100 plus, but Haze is right at that speed you will definitely need to stay in the pro audio range.

at 100 mph, perhaps you should concentrate on your surroundings, not your stereo volume. im all for letting it rip here and there, but lets be realistic here.
loud and clear at hiway speed is what its all about, but lets all remember to ride safe

true true...it's just that from where I'm here in south east asia, some of our road are really long and boring...a good system will help to kill the boredom ...
