you were happy with your new bike and the sound system it "had".

Neither can I. The last four were a Sportster, a Softail, and two Police bikes. I fixed it on the first cop bike, and the fix is on for the second. To quote Game of Thrones-

Never was happy with my Street Glide, rode it 50k miles and 5 yrs that way.... my RGS I worked on right away,, a few weeks after I bought it.

Nope! My bike is the first I've owned with a stereo. On the initial test ride, I hit the volume ****, and said.....ok, this chit's got to go.
