Well I thought I could do it all myself with no help but no such luck. And the instructions are pretty weak as well.
I ordered the 2180 amp and 7.1 Titan fairing speakers for my 16 Streeglide. First off, while unpacking, I found that they sent me the amp mounting plate for a Roadglide, not a Streetglide; hope that's the only error. So far, I got the speaker brackets and speakers installed and I'm now ready to start on the amp.
Lots of wires and not much detail. Does anyone have a diagram or schematic showing how all the wiring should work? If not, any pointers on how it all goes together?
Any help appreciated.
I would get on the phone to BT first thing in the AM and speak to them. Although I have not spent a nickel with them (yet) I've had several email and phone calls with them and I believe they take customer service very seriously. I would be very surprised if they do not remedy your situation very quickly.
Now, having said that, please post up on the outcome.

These are the instructions for installing the 2180 on a Rushmore. Here are the instructions for installing the Line Levelers. Use the "Using Stock Front Speaker plugs for signal" pic. If you got the wrong mount by mistake give BT a call in the AM, Pacific time. Not much else you can do till then.
You can email them any time and get an answer. I sent a few questions on a sat night and had answers in a couple hours. I was not expecting anything back until Monday. That's great customer service.
The plugs on their systems are point blank plug and play. I agree, and communicated to Bill back when he was there that their instructions are kind of weak, I spent a good 5-6 more hours on my install than it should have taken IMHO... but all in all I love their stuff and customer service. My next purchase will likely be their Double Din HU for the Rushmores,,, That way I can ditch the Line Levelers, and all Harley's software, along with the weak Navigation they have......I was leaving the Tail of the Dragon, and it told me to "Turn left Now" into the river along 129 for about 5 miles,,,,
