Question for the gurus
Let me start by saying I read this board every day and have learned a lot. Thank you all.
I bit the bullet and ordered a SS PN2.350 amp, Kappa speakers, and JL Audio BT receiver.
2014 EG Police, will I need some kind of adapter rings for the speakers? Any kind of special speaker wire?
These may seem like entry-level questions, but I am an entry level builder. Thanks in advance.

If the speaker pods are not in the fairing on the police version you will have to purchase the BT pod eliminator brackets.
If the pods are in there you will have to mount the Kappas on the inside of the pods to keep from the speaker surrounds from being damaged.

A little FYI for not getting "POD KNUCKLE"
Use a long 1/4 inch extension universal joint and a 7/16 socket for the lower bolts of the pods

i too love projects that require a trip to the tool dept at sears
