Let me start by saying I read this board every day and have learned a lot. Thank you all.
I bit the bullet and ordered a SS PN2.350 amp, Kappa speakers, and JL Audio BT receiver.
2014 EG Police, will I need some kind of adapter rings for the speakers? Any kind of special speaker wire?
These may seem like entry-level questions, but I am an entry level builder. Thanks in advance.
i have that amp and speaker combo for my back up system. sounds pretty darn good
I kept hearing that a SS PN1000 and the Kappas would sound good but have no use for a 4 channel amp so went with the 350. Still putting 175 per side on the table, should do the trick.
A little FYI for not getting "POD KNUCKLE"
Use a long 1/4 inch extension universal joint and a 7/16 socket for the lower bolts of the pods
I was thinking about an offset stubby 7/16 combination wrench but I'll have to give your suggestion a try. And since I don't have a 1/4" extension or universal (or stubbys either), it gives me an excuse to go to the tool store. Win!
