I went with the Titan II Speakers, just due to the lifetime warranty. The instructions are on the Biketronics site and I've been pre reading. The install of the Amp was a concern. I see Biketronics states to insert the Amp into the opening first, then slip the support under it and add the bolts. There is a photo of an amp install on the forum, but it's on a SGS. It shows the relation of the BT355 to the amp. I'll try and take some pics through out the process...
The amp install isn't bad at all, much easier if you pull the headlight.
I was hoping someone would try their Hertz ML1650.3. A lot of great talk about them but don't know anyone that actually has them. For $800 and a 1 year warranty they better be the shizzle and I don't know squat about the tweeter they come with in regards to how it compares to something with a crossover. Coming from BT I'm sure they sound great, but was hoping to have some first hand forum reviews by now.
A lot of guys have switched to the stinger 4000 series RCAs. Mine from BT worked fine for awhile and then the system started to cut out intermittently. When I pulled the fairing off the RCA connection to the line leveler was loose, the stingers just seem to grab better and the lines are very flexible and easy to route. JimT had the same problem several months ago and had posted about it.
They have worked perfectly - for me. Zero issues to report.
Tailwind, on the other hand, said they were too stiff and he used them to tie up branches from his yard.
JimTJr, Did you use the Biketronics RCA cable or, another type ?
I have found the Krystal RCA Kables grip much better than the Stinger 4000. The Krystal Kables are flexible on the ends but not as flexible in the middle as the Stingers.
I've been reading on DIYMA that the Knu Krystals have been failing after awhile. Granted these are anywhere from 1-5 year threads on there, but it was noted they were failing. I'm switching mine out.
Congrats to the OP on the Biketronics setup. That should sound really good, let us know what you think after you have everything up and running.

This is the first I've heard of this. In what way are they failing?

Is there any issues removing the 2015 and up Road Glide Headlight ? I don't have a service manual yet and notice that the "older" Road Glides headlight comes out with the fairing (like a SG). The "newer" Road Glides fairing comes off without the headlight ! Nothing found on youtube for the 2015 and up RGS...

Piece of cake. Like you said, the headlight doesn't come off with the outer fairing. Once the outer is off it's 4 easy to reach bolts and disconnect the electrical connector. Gives you a ton more room. I pulled my HU too just to really free it up - 4 more easy to reach bolts and the antenna/electrical harness etc.
