Don't want to thread hijack here but are the BT30s loud enough you could mount them through the fairing mirror hole locations like matt did his horns?
If you are going to put anything in the fairing, I'd put the horn as my top choice. The BT30 is also wider by quite a bit and it makes hard to get it all on a flat surface on the fairing.

I don't want to derail this review, but if I could add something really quick. I see guys asking questions all the time looking for that unicorn, but for the guys asking and searching, I will tell you guys now --- you're not going to find it by reading specs on a website. The magic ONLY happens installed on a bike. I'm excited for the guys who grabbed the AW6.5 based off a few recommendations and went with it. I KNOW they will be happy. When it comes to this stuff there is NO thinking outside the box, anything is possible. I've seen bikes with an entire wall of speakers in side their bags, others with a 15 inch sub in a tourpak, folks used to run 6X9's inside the bags, we are up to 10's now but it only happened by installing stuff. Why do i say this because if you want to find your unicorn find someone that's been there ask them what it takes and save your pennies and do it right. I'm not saying this as a vendor I'm saying this as a dude who tried a million things and many others have too -- Backyard Baggers, Garage Bagger Stereo, DA Performance, etc. these area all award winning shops who I greatly respect. Outside the box? This is what we'd call modest to normal build down here and it has a 10 AND an 8 inside each bag, but you'd never know just looking at it.
Well I did call Mike at BT today. He was nice enough to give me some info for setting it back to stock and offered for me to send it to him and he would do it. Unfortunately my dmm isn't capable of measuring as precise as needed and I had no luck borrowing one locally so I went to option B. Played a song I'm familiar with and tweaked the hpf until I heard nothing funky. Then ran a 1k tone and balanced the outputs on the line leveler gains at 1vac. Then set my gains on the amp at 24vac with the bike off. Started the bike and now the gains are 26vac front and rear. So for whatever reason my gains are changing from off to run. So I then set them back to 23 with it running and it sounds pretty good. I'll post a vid tomorrow

Outkast, I believe this is normal, for the gain to be different with the bike on and off. I think most guys set their gains with the bike running. I'm sure someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

i thought so too but I was told the arc 600.4 puts the same out at 12or 14.4 so it should have been the same. No clue why it's not

The reason your output voltage on your amp went up when running is because the amp was getting more input voltage from the charging system. Thus more power in = more power out.
Most amps are speced out at 14.4v for full output but will operate in a variety of input voltages from 11.5v to 14.5v
The power supply on the Arc is different than most amps. It does rated power at 2 or 4 ohms where other amps often see a change in output. Similar to the JL HD 600/4 the Arc "should" do rated power between 12-14v. Now 1v input is pretty low for headunits these days where the lowest is double that so perhaps that has something to do with it.
If you read the pas mag review on both the xdi and the moto. Both amps put out tad lower @ 12v in 4 ohm stereo. 2 ohm and bridged 12v and 14v are the same. It is strange but what I see is that on a lighter load the amp doesn't boost the rail voltage like it does on the heavier loads at 12v. On both Review they were a tad over 100w 4 ohm stereo @ 12v.
