well downloaded link from Bert, went in and cleaned and formated flash drive, unzipped to desktop.dragged and popped iso in drive, still same dam thing, stupidest thing, will keep1.20.3,before i drag it into the other widow it says iso has 859,636 KB,the when i drag it in flash drive it says 1,007,064 KB,i dont know
If it were me, I'd start by spending $10.00 on a new USB stick. If it's USB 2.0 compatible, it should already be formatted.
When you save the 1.20.1 to your desktop, leave the file zipped (compressed). Don't unzip it on your desktop. Then drag the zipped file to the flash drive/USB stick icon on your computer. If memory serves me right, you should have (2) formatting files plus the new Harley software file on the USB stick.

Version 1.20.1
859,636 KB is the compressed file size.
1,007,064 KB is uncompressed file size and the one you want on the USB drive.
You need to try another USB drive. Preferably a USB 3.0

Most USB drives I've seen lately come formatted in Fat32.
Right clicking on the Zip folder and selecting "Extract all", then copying the .iso file from the Extracted folder to the USB drive will work.
Moving the .iso file from the zip folder directly to a USB drive will work also. Doing so copy's and un-compresses the file at the same time, just takes a little longer.
