Default Amp Decision

Really struggling with the best way to power 4 speaker set up for my Rushmore SG, (Batwing fronts and Tour-Pac Pods). So far I've purchased:
BT Speaker Brackets
BT 355 Line Levelers
JM Amp Tray
Hog Tunes speaker grills
Front stage will be BAL recommended DDAW6.5 and grill mounted AT28s.
I currently have the Polk MM651 in rear pods merely for fitment/cost. Although I realize these will be replaced with a better 4 ohm speaker if I bridge amp to them. No Budget! Only limiting factor is keeping within Batwing. My head says go big. HDP 4 Bridged to front stage and JL MX280/4 bridged to rear. Overkill to Front? Should I just do the HDP 4 only? Could easily go with DD D4 Bridged to front stage with the JL to rear. I would really like the thoughts of the experts and who've been down this road. This forum has been a huge help in navigating this long process. And appreciate all your input.

The only reason you don't have answers yet is the gurus saw "no budget' and they need time to clean the drool off the floor.

That's gonna be a great system, congrats.

I will second that, without this forum and the copious amount of knowledge brought to bear here I wouldn't have the first clue how to build a stereo worth listening to on my bike. Thanks y'all for what you do

Throw an HDP 4 on the tray and that will be more that enuff for what u have. If u expand u can leave the AWs on it own channel and this amp will push 250x4 @ 2ohm so parallel OPs is pretty damn good.

If u further expand, mount a JL280/4 on the clutch side of the Radio stack vertically. That will run bridged in the 170w range per dynamic testing.

Disclosure, I am currently running both of those amps and also the DD AWs which are powered by the HDP4 and sound killer.

Yep I have to agree 100 percent with Tailwind on this one. That would be a killer setup

As T said. The Hertz HDP4 is all you need with that set up.

How's he gonna accomplish that?

Disregard that wiring config. You'll blow up your speakers. I'm half asleep. Go traditional, One speaker on channel 1 and 1 speaker on channel two. Run the polks on 3&4.

Ha!! Talking audio asleep is like drunk dialing after the club.... its never good. Yeah that HDP4 has plenty of juice for those speakers. that combo sounds great.

Now if it were me id do two amps bridged. It would cost less too and you then upgrade to better speakers in the back!
