Going to be installing handlebar audio controls on my Road King and figured on using the Metra ASWC-1. But before I go out and buy it and spend time installing it I figured I might as well ask if anyone else is using one of these and how reliable are they.
If your not using this one which one are you using, and how dependable has it been?
Most all the interfaces do the job. I prefer the biketronics personally for the lifetime support and being made in usa. Reliable and less wiring involved

I have just recently installed a Biketronics unit, simple install and worked great......
HOWEVER... it started to die after a month.... lost right side controls and then left controls..
HOWEVER - I purchased through crutchfield and they sent me a new one as soon as I contacted them, it arrived 2 days later and the new one has been working as it should ever since.
So apart from a failed module the first go around the BT module works great. Customer service from BT and Crutchfield spot on!
