Im in need of the input harness for a RF PBR300x2. The harness we have has the rca's cut off when it was installed in an Ultra. Now it's going on a project that will only use an Ipod, so we need the rca's.
Wondering if anyone here has the rca part of the harness they cut off. A replacement wont be available from RF until end of April and it's not a dealer part. Kinda screwed unless I can find the rca section and solder it back on to the original harness.
Or can I just solder two female rca's to the speaker wire section of the input harness. I have a couple female rca's that have two wires inside. Is it as simple as just soldering these together?
Yes Bert thats it. We have the connector and about 4 inches of wire still intact. Im guessing the guy that used the amp on an Ultra cut off the rca section and wired it up direct to the stock stereo.
So basically we want to run an rca cable from an Ipod to the amp.
I have the plug that connects to the amp but the rca's were cut off. So I need to either solder on female rca's or find a lopped off pair of RF rca ends and solder them back on.
Like I said, RF wont have a harness until the end of April and no dealers have. I was thinking there were a bunch of folks using this amp and have cut off the rca ends.

That amp performs much better with high-level connections and the reason why the RCA ends are cut off. What was the reason for choosing the RF amp? And what speakers are you using?
amp. The 350D is a better sounding more powerful and cooler running amp that will complement the 62.11 speakers. You should be able to get $100 for the RF amp in the classifieds.
