2013 Ultra Limited
JVC KD-R97MBS Head Unit
JL Audio MX500/4 Amp
I'm thinking of not running my tour pack speakers and only run front fairing. I do not want to remove gauges to install horns so recommendations on just front fairings would be great.
I just want clarity & volume at highway speeds. I listen to classic rock, punk, old school hip hop, some EDM.

Hard to keep track of all your threads bro. Let's narrow it down to one thread.
Any recommendations on this setup? Amazon has a crazy deal right now on the Cerwin Vega B52 also
Brother slow your roll. You need to take a few mins and really decide what you're wanting from this audio upgrade. Just 2 speakers, maybe 4, maybe fairing only for now then add to it later. Don't go jumping the gun buying crap because it's a crazy good deal at the moment if it doesn't fit your future build needs. Do it smart. Do it right the first time. Take your time and buy components you can build off of.
Yeah I just noticed that but they also have a used-like new which on amazon means the outside packaging is a little off but it has never been used or returned....that one is $73 and I can get by July 1....
I am just not sure if I want to add lower pods in the future if that is the right amp
I have found the majority of my deals through people on this forum. Regulars that try things out and either love or hate the item or are "going in another direction" either way, I have a little more faith in trusting what the are selling. On top of that you can get an honest review from them before you decide to purchase.
I know I'm a vendor here but speaking as a regular dude who has done this over and over, the reason why so many folks end up selling things on the forum is either they love to try stuff out or they just get it wrong. I used to tell folks find a reputable shop or heck a reputable member like Gannicus and tell them "I've got this much cash this is what I want" and let them tell you each item to get. That way when you are stuck, not sure, etc. who are you going to call? Amazon isn't going tell you the best way to set up that amp.
Take a deep breath, and plan this out correctly or you'll hit a few bumps along the way that could've been resolved earlier.
