Does anyone else have the need for a micro amp to run just horns? I need one, but not wanting to pay $300 for a Memphis SA2.100. Not even sure that would be a good amp for horns even if I was willing to spend the money. Maybe I am the only one needing something like this. Just wanting to hear your thoughts on a cost effective micro amp for powering a set horns.
Alex had mentioned to me a few weeks back about testing some of PRV's micro amps specifically for horns. $300 just to push a set of horns is pretty steep IMO.

I have a box of them at the shop and we are using them this weekend at the biggest audio competition of the year. The issue is that they are not small enough for the guys that want to cram 4 amps into their fairing. On a RG it might work with all the extra room though!

How big are we talking here? Can't be much bigger than a pack of smokes.

What are the specs on the PRV amp? I'm not opposed to a 4 channel in the case I want to add another set of horns.
