15 Limited. Left rear speaker has no sound. Swapped rear speakers, same issue.. Speaker worked in right rear pod. Checked molex connector and seemed good. Speaker connections at radio are good. What should I check next ?

Sounds like factory amp lost a channel. Time to make a informed decision to upgrade or replace the defective part in the factory equipment.
Via the service manual, figure out which are the speakers wires in the main connectors at the radio. Then direct wire the speaker to those wires at the connector. If the speaker works, you have a wiring issue. If it doesn't work, then you have a bad channel in the radio.
If you want to keep the functionality of the OEM radio, consider sending it to Iron Cross Radio. They do great work, at a fair price, with quick turnaround. While its there consider other upgrades like Bluetooth.
try hookin a speaker directly to output of the amp channel in question, short leads with a speaker sitting on a table, if it works, that narrows it down to wires between speaker n amp
Those wire terminals for the speakers on those 4180 are a little temperamental.
If you push the wire in to far it will clamp down on the wire insulation and not.make contact.
Start checking your connections on channel in question at the amp.
