I have a RZ4-3000D. One of the speaker screws is stripped. I thought of soldering the one wire. Not sure yet. Speakers are Titan 2's front and Kappa's 62.11i in the rear. Head Unit is a Kenwood 998x. I have read a lot about the Cerwin Vega B54. It's cost is about $50 dollars more than the 3000D or the 1000D. Should I stick with what I have? Or is a change worth it? From I can see the Cerwin just has a smaller foot print. Is it any better? Power specs on my speakers are:Thanks

100 watts RMS / 200 watts peak front speakers.

power range: 5-75 watts RMS (225 watts peak power) rear

 

No way I'd go with the Cerwin Vega B54 for a 4ohm speaker. It's only rated at 80 watts compared to the 140 you're getting now.
