Yes AVC currently works. My lowers also work. Would they be working off of the stock radio only?
No Sir. I'd say you have some sort of amp in there. Can't parallel two ohm speakers so there almost HAS to be an amp in there. So all you have to do is find out what amp and change the speakers accordingly.
Are the Jm speakers not made for use with an amp? How to they rate on the quality scale?
Dude, do us all a favor and open up the fairing. See what you have so we can help you out. Questing what you have isnt getting anywhere.
As far as avc, ANY AND ALL AMPED MOTORCYCLE SYSTEMS (2014+) NEED TO HAVE THIS OFF!!!
Once you find out what you have under the hood we can and will help.
Outside looking in is impossible to whats inside your system...Evaluate whats running FOUR speakers and changes can be made, if any...Not sure the quality of JM's..How do they sound? What is your lowers speakers?? Sound? Brand? See what I did there? Asking you ???????? We need feedback..
Looks like the previous owner installed Stainless Steel lines, so he didnt skip on that...My guess, there's a small amp....
Congrats on the schweetglide and Im sure we can help or at least G-man always chimes in...He helped me five-six years ago and my stereo sounds killer....Good luck brah.

Personally not a fan of the JM speakers Bryan . . .But yes they can be amped. If I were in your shoes that's the first thing I would do is get new speakers and a amp. You're never gonna get the JM stuff to sound like you want it to.
Not lazy. Just didn't find what I was looking for. And if you read properly I don't want to use my thumb, although I'm not against using my middle finger to reply to your comment. Thanks for the great info dude.
