I purchased a set of adaptors from HogTunes without speakers. The HogTunes Phone number is 608-554-7631 and ask for Scott. I ask him if it was ok to post this and he said yes. He did ask that I mention if you order the wet heads low kit without speakers there is no returns. They've had problems with people trying to modify the lowers to get different speakers to fit. Then when the modifications don't work people return the kit for a refund. Scott was great to work with. I will be using Alpine SR65 speakers in the HogTune lowers. I hope this helps you with your project.

Good to know!!!! Thanks for that info. When i inquired, they would only sell with speakers. That makes the HT option a possibility for folks that want better speakers.

I got the idea for the Alpine SR65 speakers from Donna at BikeTronics who has had experience with them and suggested them for the HT kits. I should have both the HT kit and Alpine speakers in the next week. I'll post photos and the results. I'm not familiar with Alpine speakers so I hope they do well in the lower fairings and with my BT2180 amp.

If I recall correctly she said she rode a Heritage Softail when we met them last year.
