Default Test Tone

I noticed DD has a app with a test tone generator. Is it accurate enough to Bluetooth the tone in when setting gains with a dmm or is a flash drive best?

Look for an app called Signal Generator. It will allow you to dial it in at -5db or whatever you choose.

I have no experience with it. Just googled test tone generators for android and it was one that came up. Just see what all it offers. You'll want one with the ability to set your gain dB at -5.

Thanks for doing that. Just curious, why -5db?
