Your post doesn't say what year or model. I assume you have a Rushmore Ultra. A flash would do it if you can get 1 done. A dsp would do it also at 5-6 times the flash price and a big learning curve. As a 3rd option there is also a Biketronics BT 355 line leveler at about 80 dollars.

Which amp and what speakers are you running?

Its an 18 Ultra. I've got a place that can flash it about an hour away 100$ . And it 2 BT355 if I went that route which I wont. Fosgate has a big hole in its plan with lack of flashers.

What kind of "flash" are you referring to?

That seems to be a very broad term around the audio forum.

yes it can be! Im referring to flashing the radio freq. flat. I already have the front back no amp as its an ultra. Never get a str8 answer as to whether the stock Ultra setup is good to start or if you have to enable the 2 amp 4 speaker settings.

Not sure I would go on the flash hunt unless u are damn sure what flash works best, aka will sit in the shop and work with the person flashing it to ur ears liking.
If you think ur going to advance ur audio stuff in the future the ARC could be a good play for the right price as u grow ur audio system. Right now with 4 full range speakers it will not make a massive difference but u will find value in an actual EQ on a Rushmore.

The solid play here pending a couple variables mentioned above, is the BT355 Loc. They have been proven to work, plug right in and ur not going to be at the mercy of a shop or big cash outflow to ARC.

Arc is a great unit, requires a computer to access. If you want a more user friendly option, do the flash and get the Rockford DSR1 DSP. Bluetooth and controlled by phone or tablet.
