input gains different on channels

So been trying to tune and get rid of clipping on 2016 SGS with JLMX500/4 with DDAW' and AT28's bridged. I've tried a few different voltages but stiil chasing right tune Every other time i've fine tuned both dials have always been close to 10:00 to get 28v. Today my 1&2 channels are at 10:00 with around 28V but now channels 3&4 need to go to 1 oclock or more to get the same voltage I believe something squirrly goin on with amp.
I'm having same issue as HD Doobie as he has exact same setup.

Have u guys called JL? There is no way in hell this amp will typically clip at the settings u r describing. JL will back that shix up all day long, if it is in fact a JL issue.
