I was referring to stock sorry. I currently have it wired to cigarette outlet.

Yours won't be with the HU harness. But you should have an empty blue wire in the upper left side looking at it from the front of the bike.

I have this same problem with my fairing speakers and I have been chasing it for months. I have narrowed it down to possible Shix in the voice coil.
I figured out what speaker it was,
switched it to the other side and checked if the sound followed. it did,
I then rewired the connection at the speaker but it still came back
I made sure the internal connections from the connectors to the voice coil were solid and after talking to a local shop, believe it is possible dirt in the voice coil that is causing the issue. At that point, not much I can do. I took compressed air to it but didnt want to over do it and destroy the speaker. I will eventually replace the speaker but, since it is only at lower volumes that I really hear it, I will just keep it cranked!!!!
