Default Advise needed

I have installed Kappas in the front and tour pack, what is the best plug and play Amp to drive these, Amp that doesn't require a flash.

Your going to have to have the radio flashed regardless of what amp you use. The CVO has a completely different flash than any other Rushmore HU. My advice would be to call and talk to Mike at Biketronics and he can hook you up with everything you need as well as instructions for your dealer on how to flash your HU.
