Default Biketronics amp bypass

anyone know what it’s for? They told my buddy he needs it for the install we’re doing on his 16 ultra, figured I’d ask tonight before I give them a call in the morning. I can’t even find it on their website

Is it a plug with looped wires? Is the bike a CVO?

I think it is a CVO, maybe, can’t tell it’s sealed on the end, so probably yes

Biketronics sent one to buddy as well. Mike said some of the CVO's need them and some don't. His played fine with or without it.

Seems as if it went in the plug that fed the Boom amp. I'll ask him tomorrow to be sure.

That's where mine went, one for each boom amp. I remember BT saying it makes the system think the amp is still there so no codes. I'm assuming this ultra had boom installed at some point or the regular breakout harness would have been all that was needed.

I got the breakout harness, I knew it needed that, the bike came with fairing and TP speakers, we are going with lids now instead of the TP ones
