PRV 6mb250-NDY

I've used the 6MB250's a bunch of times and last year when I was using MMats speakers I preferred the MMats up until I really started messing with the DSP on the 6MB250's. We've done some install for folks on tight budgets and you'd never know we were using the MB's over the 6MR500's but it took some aggressive EQing. Since they are MB (mid bass) and not MR (mid range) they don't play in the upper range and without a DSP unfortunately they break up pretty bad if you are only high passing them. They also drop right into the tour pack pods. The Timpano Neo's are nice too. Lots of vocals and stupid loud but not the same "punch" or mid bass so really depends where you are installing them (fairing, lowers, TP, etc.) and if you are running a DSP. Otherwise the MMats are pretty sweet sounding plug and play vocal speakers.

The 6mb250ndy are not that bad of a speaker for a budget build or an add on for tourpack or lowers for fill. I ran them in my tourpack for most of the season and sounded very good paired up with a set of tweeters.
This is an install I did for a buddy using
4- MB250 NDY a set of DD T2 tweeters in the fairing powered by a Diamond 4v2 and BT355.
