Found out who makes them . Intense Audio and Wheels in Oklahoma City. Really nice guy, spoke to him for a good while and he never tried rushing me and answered quite a few questions I had.

I gave them a call. Each set is custom built based on speaker selection and bike. Starting at about $1200, speakers not included

I always wished that someone made 6x9 speakers boxes for regular Harley lowers. I had seen some but they put the speakers vertically which interfered with the brake pedal if you have big feet. A horizontal set that would fit existing lowers would be a big seller I think. Might not be enough room to do it without replacing the whole lower though, then you get into paint and such.
