Could advance tracks on usb until dealer replaced left hand module due to bad clutch sensor. Now I can’t change tracks on usb, nether forward nor back work. Perhaps dealer update software or missed a connection?

(I found thread that says tuner has to be in seek vs scan mode for this to work, but someone said their’s still doesn’t work, and I doubt the dealer would’ve changed a setting.)

Just loaded tunes on another usb stick and swapped out.
