With the 2014+ bike's, you will need the BikeTronics bt355 line levelers. These help flatten out the built in EQ curve of the Harley infotainment radios. Those speaker are ok budget speakers.
look at the CV b54, should have plenty enough power for those speakers, or the tried and true PA RZ4 2000D.

On a budget either go with the cerwin Vega b54 or even the stinger 700/4
