ok thanks, I'm printing papers to return to other one tomorrow .
I'll post the speakers that were on the bike tomorrow and see what you guys recommend .I'll spend 250 for the one you posted. If that's what's needed. I bought this bike to flip .but I'm beginning to think I might keep it awhile .

these are the speakers I’m working with, 2 in each saddle bag, I’m guessing the front speakers and the tweeters in the fairing, are not hooked up to the amp?

So I mailed the other amp back today. I'm ready to buy the one above? But I would really like to know if it will be okay with the speakers that I have?
Ideally you are going to want to power all the speakers on the bike with an amp(or2). concentrate on getting the front working as best as you can as it will have the largest impact on what you hear.
that being said, it looks like your front speakers are the 6.5 version of your rears, and whille they are not bad speakers in a car, there are much better choices for our bikes. do a bit more research here and i'm sure you will come up with something that will work in your budget. Get an amp powerful enough to drive ALL your speakers. it might be wise to think about 1 good quality hi output 4 channel amp to drive the front and one set of the rear speakers and maybe a budget micro amp that you can bridge to power the other 2 rear speakers. just off the cuff thoughts.

So what do you think should I get this amp? Nobody is speaking up. I can get it right now for the price in your link. I put pictures of my speakers up, any thoughts? I returned the other amp today.
Thanks

I have been running Massive P65X coaxials in my fairing and I am very impressed. Everyone that has heard my system on my 2006 Electra glide always says it is very clear and loud ! https://www.sonicelectronix.com/item...ividually.html
well I paid $172 for that one. Would like to be no more than $200
Ebay has refurbished Rockford T400x4ad all the time for $229 from a seller on there. They seem to buy them in 10 packs so look for a seller with a bunch. If I can find the seller again I will post a link. Also the last time when EBay was doing 20% coupon it worked on it. The amp I suggested above is a lot better amp then the PBX series.

Yeah....what he said or old faithful Soundstream pn4.1000d.
I can vouch for the SS PN4.1000d. I'll paint an interesting picture for y'all regarding that and the Rockford Fosgate TM400x4ad.
I have the SS in the fairing and the Rockford in my clutch side bag. The SS powers the four front 6.5s and the Rockford powers the rear pods (6.5s) and lid speakers (6x9s). Volume wise the SS just stomps all over the Rockford. I have to run the fader back a good bit towards the rear even after boosting the gain and EQ settings of the Rockford to balance them out. I think the Rockford would be a good amp for just the fairing speakers but in my opinion it is too weak for a full system amp.
