Boom Box Failure

2014 Limited, 21k Miles. Riding down the road Listening to xm radio with navagation on the screen. Radio quits playing xm then jumps to am. Next thing Boom, screen goes out along with sound. Checked the 20 amp fuse behind the left side cover and its fine. Anyone have this problem? Seems like it is a $1500.00 radio so thats about $300.00 a year to own it.
Any Ideas?

I had my radio go black once while riding. I was lucky and it came back after cycling the power. I would say to check all your fuses, and make sure you don’t have any stuck buttons on radio or controls on bars. If nothing there the radio may be junk. I’ve heard you can get a refurbished unit.
